At this time registration of new member it turned off. We received too many request for membership from accounts that we are believe were not real. We are working on a program to better filter out those registration, but our resources are limited. In addition, anyone that registered from Nov, 1st 2021, will be deactivated, If we deactivate your account by mistake, please email us and we will do our best to access the issue. Team ShareCG Posting Upload changesWednesday, May 26th, 2021Hi all, After many months of smooth run, some (new) member start abusing our FREE sharing system and using the upload as free advertising to their site(s). That left us no option but to remove the option to add to the “upload description”. We didn’t change existing existing upload, but if you try to modify your uploads, you will have to remove any links.

Videos and Files Upload EnhancementsThursday, September 5th, 2019Dear members, Flash player which we used to upload videos and large files is no longer supported by most web browser. Today, we updated the site and we took out the usage of Flash Player. Videos: As part of the change we limited the video support for mp4 (and m4v), but now we are supporting HD video w (1080 format). Uploaded files: We added upload file type checking and limiting the allowed files depending on the category you are uploading to. Please let us know if you need to load a file that is not supported. Nitai Adding SecurityThursday, October 20th, 2016Today we added new level of security to ShareCG.com by adding the protocol for secure communications over a computer network which is widely used on the Internet. Some people know it as https or http over SSL. You may read more about this technology at wikipedia. This enhancement was done to better protect our members and as a preparation for the on-line store. Change the sort orderWednesday, September 28th, 2016After long discussion with several members on our board, we implement new sorting order to the browse pages. The old sorting was based on the average rating of the upload. Starting yesterday, the sort order will be based om the median rating. The actual rating of each upload was not changed (it is based on the average rating for the upload).
Upgrade for Windows-10Wednesday, July 20th, 2016Today we upgraded ShareCG.com with a new version of software to address issues members had while using Windows-10. We do not expect you to have any issues. Soon, we will publish the name of the eStore Survey winner of Kindle Fire. |
