After request from several members, the Passwords for members accounts now is more strict.

This, applys to all new members (when they create their account), and anyone who change his or her password.

The strict password will required:
– Password between 8 to 16 characters.
– At lease one Uppercase character.
– At lease one lower character.
– At lease one digit (0 to 9).
– At least one special character.
– No single or double quotes.
